Each improvement is led by the president and founder. He will be on the job site, work with you to come up with a plan, and be involved until the plan is successful.

The consultants brought in under the president are experts in the field he has worked with for decades.

 

We create a custom plan for each client.

The scope of the improvement, time involved, and number of consultants needed will all be fitted to the needs of your company by the president and founder. 

 

We are upfront.

Rates are based on a flat day, week, or month increment dependent on the project. When you come up with the plan you will know the costs and can modify the scope of the project with that information. There are no additional costs for our travel or lodging expenses.

 

We are good.

We are confident you will agree, so we do not ask for any long-term commitments. Our contract will always give you the ability to end the engagement because we are that confident that you won’t.
